Lavender Lodge named Esland in Bloom Homes Winner 2026
Following the announcement of our Esland in Bloom Schools winners earlier this month, we're delighted to reveal the winners of this year's Esland in Bloom Homes Competition.
More than a seasonal competition, Esland in Bloom celebrates creativity, teamwork and wellbeing, bringing children, young people and colleagues together to create outdoor spaces everyone can enjoy.
Across our homes this summer, young people and colleagues worked side by side to transform gardens and outdoor areas into vibrant spaces designed for learning, relaxation, play and wildlife. Every project reflected the enthusiasm, imagination and pride of those involved, making this year's competition one of the strongest yet.
The judging process proved incredibly challenging, with every home bringing something unique to the competition. Members of the Esland management team visited homes to judge the entries and were inspired by the creativity, teamwork and care demonstrated throughout their visits.

The judges recognised Lavender Lodge for creating an outstanding outdoor space that demonstrated creativity, collaboration and a genuine sense of pride, while bringing colleagues and young people together throughout the project.

While every competition has winners, Esland in Bloom is about so much more than awards. It's about creating opportunities for children and young people to try something new, develop confidence, work together, learn new skills and take pride in the places they call home.
