This follows a successful re-certification process with the Bild Association of Certified Training (ACT) – a UK charity licensed by the Restraint Reduction Network to certify training services against their standards.

This certification means we can continue to deliver:

✅ A certified 3-day programme for all new employees
✅ 1-day refresher sessions for our existing teams
