Across our homes, schools and support services, colleagues bring care, resilience and personality to their roles every day. Through personal profiles, photography and short films, the campaign captures what it really feels like to work here: the challenges, the growth and the moments that make it worthwhile.

We launched Faces of Esland to give an honest insight into life at Esland. Rather than speaking on behalf of our teams, we wanted them to speak for themselves. Their stories show how being bold in decision-making, kind in relationships, curious in approach and able to bring energy and fun into everyday moments helps create environments where children can thrive.

Development is a strong theme throughout the campaign. Many colleagues have progressed into new roles or grown in confidence through training, leadership support and shared learning. Growth here isn’t just about job titles. It’s about building resilience, strengthening skills and feeling supported to take the next step.

Working in care and education is meaningful work, and it can be demanding. That’s why supporting our teams matters. From structured development opportunities to wellbeing resources, including our Employee Assistance Programme, we aim to ensure colleagues feel equipped and valued.
