Every part of Esland, from residential and assessment services to education and support services, plays a vital role in creating positive outcomes for young people. The awards give us the opportunity to recognise this collective effort and highlight the people who make a real difference every day.

Following feedback from our teams, we’ve refreshed the awards this year, introducing new categories to reflect the wide-ranging impact of work across the organisation.

Nominations are made internally, with the children in our schools and young people in our homes also having the chance to put forward their own votes.

The awards are an important way of recognising dedication, listening to feedback, and highlighting the positive impact of our teams. We look forward to celebrating the winners in spring 2026.
